Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role Purpose We are looking for a driven, transaction-focused real estate professional to own deal execution across the Central region. You will be part of a lean, high-velocity expansion team reporting directly to the Director of Real Estate, US. This is not a support role. You will run site selection, lead LOI negotiations, manage broker relationships, and drive leases to execution across a growing portfolio of healthcare retail clinics in your markets. Neko is opening clinics at pace: the US plan moves from a handful of sites today to a 2028 cohort in the dozens and a portfolio in the hundreds by 2030. Most in-house real estate roles at this scale sit inside large corporate structures where deals move slowly and decisions need layers of approval. Here, your deals matter immediately, your judgment is trusted, and the decisions you make in year one will shape the portfolio for the next decade. The team is small and growing quickly, built around regional Transaction Leads covering the West, East, and Central United States, supported by national specialists in market analysis, deal support, and lease administration. Many of these seats are still being filled, so you will help set the standard rather than inherit one. What You’ll Deliver in the First 6–12 Months • Pipeline management: identify, evaluate, and advance sites across Central markets including Texas, Chicago, the Midwest, Nashville, and Denver. Markets are TBD and could extend west or east depending on demand. • Transaction execution: lead deals from initial market entry through signed lease, managing brokers, landlords, and timelines, at a pace set by the opening plan for the Central region. • LOI negotiation: draft, negotiate, and revise LOIs; own the deal process end to end from first tour to final execution. • Deal approval memos: build and present LOI and Lease Approval Memos with clear economics, risks, and a recommendation that stands up to executive scrutiny. • Landlord relationships: build and maintain relationships with institutional and private landlords across the Central region. • Broker coordination: manage tenant rep broker relationships across multiple markets simultaneously; hold brokers accountable to pipeline and timeline standards. • Cross-functional coordination: work closely with Legal, Construction, Design, and Facilities to move deals from signed lease into buildout. • Platform adoption: use Neko’s GIS site selection platform and lease administration system as the system of record and contribute to their rollout as the function scales. Minimum Qualifications • 3 to 7 years of real estate transaction experience, with meaningful time spent in-house at a healthcare, wellness, or high-growth retail company. • You have personally led deals end to end, from site identification through LOI to signed lease, in competitive markets. • Comfort working in a startup environment with real pressure, fast timelines, and limited infrastructure. You build as you go. • A self-starter who does not need a fully defined playbook to do great work. • Strong communication skills. You can represent Neko professionally with institutional landlords while keeping internal stakeholders informed concisely. • Ability to read and pressure-test lease terms, rent schedules, and deal economics. You do not need to build financial models from scratch, but you need to know when a deal works and when it does not. • Familiarity with GIS tools and lease administration platforms is a plus; willingness to learn them quickly is a must. • AI: We use AI tools including Claude in daily work and expect you to use them too. • Based in the Central United States. You should be within reasonable travel of the markets you cover. Compensation: $157.5K – $192.5K • $157.5K – $192.5K Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to build Camunda’s Dutch Government market. This is a territory-building role for a disciplined, consultative seller who can create demand, shape strategic opportunities, and guide complex buying groups through to executive-level decisions. You will own the full sales cycle across a focused set of government accounts, from account strategy and first conversation through business case, procurement, negotiation, close, and expansion. You will combine commercial ownership with public-sector credibility. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging senior civil servants, CIO and transformation leaders, procurement, security, architecture, and business stakeholders. You will translate government priorities into a compelling value case for process orchestration, automation, and agentic workflows, while navigating formal procurement processes and the governance expectations of public-sector customers. What you will own Own the Dutch Government territory and create a clear account and coverage strategy across priority national and public-sector organizations. Build and maintain a healthy, self-generated pipeline, targeting at least 2.5x pipeline coverage through focused outbound activity, executive engagement, partner collaboration, and market development. Develop relationships across complex buying groups, including CIOs, CTOs, transformation leaders, enterprise architects, process owners, procurement, security, legal, and executive sponsors. Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, qualification, value engineering, technical evaluation, business case, procurement, commercial negotiation, and close. Apply MEDDICC consistently to create deal clarity, strengthen qualification, identify gaps early, and improve forecast reliability. Build business cases connected to public-sector outcomes such as service quality, operational efficiency, transparency, resilience, compliance, and cost control. Coordinate account teams across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and leadership. Developa partner-first motion with relevant global system integrators, regional partners, and public-sector specialists. Expand successful customer relationships by identifying adjacent processes, departments, agencies, and use cases after the initial land. Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and forecast data in Salesforce as the single source of truth. Share market intelligence on government priorities, procurement dynamics, competitors, partners, and customer needs to improve Camunda’s Dutch public-sector go-to-market strategy. What success looks like First 30 days Build a working understanding of Camunda’s platform, value proposition, sales methodology, customer evidence, pricing approach, and public-sector references. Align with internal stakeholders on territory priorities, account ownership, partner coverage, and available sales resources. Produce an initial account segmentation and stakeholder-mapping plan for the Dutch Government territory. Establish a repeatable operating cadence for pipeline creation, deal inspection, forecasting, and cross-functional account-team collaboration. First 90 days Complete strategic account plans for the highest-priority government accounts, including business priorities, buying groups, whitespace, partners, competition, and next actions. Create qualified pipeline through a balanced mix of net-new opportunities, partner-sourced activity, executive introductions, and expansion plays. Develop a strong network of relevant government and ecosystem stakeholders, with clear relationship and meeting objectives. Demonstrate consistent MEDDICC qualification and accurate Salesforce hygiene across active opportunities. Identify the most relevant public-sector use cases and value narratives for Camunda’s Dutch market development. First 180 days and beyond Establish a credible, repeatable pipeline engine for the Dutch Government market. Progress strategic opportunities through well-defined qualification, value validation, technical evaluation, procurement, and commercial stages. Win new government logos and create expansion paths into additional departments, agencies, or processes. Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and public-sector ecosystem partners. Contribute actionable market insight that improves Camunda’s positioning, messaging, partner strategy, and investment decisions in the Netherlands. Deliver against quota while protecting long-term customer value, adoption, and expansion potential. What you will bring Must-haves 5+ years of success in a quota-carrying enterprise software or SaaS Account Executive role, owning complex deals end to end. Demonstrated experience selling into the Dutch Government or another highly regulated public-sector environment, with a clear understanding of formal procurement, security, legal, and governance requirements. A track record of creating pipeline through proactive outbound activity and converting multi-stakeholder opportunities into material, preferably multi-year, contracts. Strong command of MEDDICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology, with the discipline to qualify rigorously, manage mutual action plans, and forecast accurately. Executive presence and communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to connect operational problems to strategic, financial, and citizen-impact outcomes. A collaborative, customer-focused, and resilient approach aligned with Camunda’s FAITH values and global-first way of working. Nice-to-haves Experience selling process automation, workflow, orchestration, integration, business transformation, or adjacent enterprise technology. Existing relationships across Dutch ministries, executive agencies, municipalities, provinces, public-service organizations, or government-focused partners. Experience working with global system integrators, regional implementation partners, or public-sector framework agreements. Familiarity with Camunda, BPMN, DMN, process orchestration, cloud platforms, or agentic automation. Experience creating quantified value cases for service modernization, compliance, operational resilience, or cost reduction. Why this role matters now Dutch public-sector organizations are under pressure to modernize services, improve efficiency, operate securely, and coordinate increasingly complex technology and regulatory environments. Process orchestration gives them a way to make that complexity visible and manageable while connecting people, systems, and automation. This role is an opportunity to shape a market rather than inherit a mature patch. You will have the ownership and visibility to define where Camunda can create the greatest public value, build the ecosystem around those opportunities, and establish a durable foundation for growth in the Netherlands. You will join a global, distributed team that values initiative, transparency, customer impact, and practical collaboration. The role offers the chance to work at the intersection of public-sector transformation, enterprise technology, process orchestration, and the next generation of agentic automation.
