Cosuno
Berlin/Remote
Type
Full Time · Talent Acquisition
JobiVerse estimate
₹6.5–₹12.5 LPA
About Cosuno Construction is a €14 trillion industry that still runs on email, spreadsheets and scanned PDFs. Cosuno is replacing that with AI. General contractors tender their projects on our platform to more than 250,000 subcontractors, and our agentic AI matches the right firms, flags anomalies in bids and benchmarks every price against 6.5 million data points from over €136 billion in processed bid volume. Every tender makes the AI smarter. The results are measurable: general contractors cut costs by around 6 %, subcontractors win 22 % more volume, and every new general contractor customer this year has chosen our AI product. Founded in Berlin in 2019 and backed by Cherry Ventures and Spark Capital with over €40 million raised, we are now scaling our Engineering, AI and Product teams with that capital. That is where you come in. Your mission As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Tech, you make sure every seat in Engineering and Product goes to someone exceptional. You report to Maximilian Seifert (CTO) and work closely with Carmen Pölking (Head of Product). Engineers trust you to tell them honestly what a role at Cosuno looks like, and our tech leads trust you to bring them people who raise the bar. What you will achieve in your first year You hire 25 people across Software Engineering, Product Management and Product Design, owning every process from intake to signed contract. You build warm pipelines of senior engineers before roles open, so we hire through sourcing and referrals instead of agencies. Together with our tech leads, you design structured, scorecard-based interview loops, from technical screening to final interview. You put Cosuno on the map in the Berlin and European tech community, through referrals, meetups and content with our engineers. You advise on levelling, compensation and market trends, so our offers win. You make hiring measurable with a monthly dashboard on time-to-hire, conversion and source of hire. What the job really looks like The best engineers rarely apply. Most of your hires come from your own outreach, so a large part of your week is sourcing and candidate conversations. You compete with big tech and AI companies for the same people, and you need a compelling story to win them. You talk shop with engineers. You do not need to code, but you understand what a TypeScript full-stack role or an ML engineering role really involves. There is no large TA team and no finished playbook. You build the processes while you hire. You push back when a profile, a process or a decision is not right. We want you to. What you bring At least 4 years of recruiting experience, of which at least 2 years in-house at a high-growth tech company, hiring software engineers. A track record you can prove in numbers: hires made, time-to-hire and offer acceptance rate. You steer your pipeline by data, not gut feeling. Technical fluency: you understand modern tech stacks and roles (full-stack, backend, AI/ML, platform) well enough to assess candidates and challenge hiring managers. Proven technical sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub and tech communities, including Boolean and X-ray searches. Structured assessment: you have built interview loops with engineering teams and keep them fair, fast and consistent. Strong closing skills: you win engineers against competing offers, including from big tech and AI companies. Fluent English, written and spoken. Nice to have German language skills. Experience hiring AI/ML engineers. Experience with cross-border hiring in Europe, including Employer of Record set-ups. Hands-on experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Clay or Lusha. Curiosity about construction or other traditional industries. What we offer Salary: €70,000–90,000 gross base salary per year, depending on experience, plus a variable component of 25 % of your base salary at 100 % target achievement, tied to hires who successfully complete their probation period. AI at the core: you work with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter and you have a budget to test new tools. Learning budget for your professional development. Time off: 25 vacation days per year, rising by one day for each year with Cosuno up to a maximum of 28 days. On top of that, 24 and 31 December are always off. Flexibility: fully remote within Germany or from our office in Berlin-Kreuzberg, with flexible hours. Top equipment: a new MacBook Air. A great team: open and international, with regular off-sites and team events. Stability: permanent contract in a well-funded company. Our hiring process (max. 4 weeks) Intro call with Vivien (People Lead), 30 minutes, video. Live Case Study with one of our Engineers, 60 minutes. Career deep-dive with Maximilian Seifert (CTO) and Carmen Pölking (Head of Product), followed by a conversation about our culture and values with Vivien Littmann (People Lead), 60 minutes in total. References: with your consent only, we speak with 1 or 2 hiring managers you have recruited for in previous roles. Offer. From your first call to our decision, the process takes no longer than 4 weeks. Your contact: Vivien Littmann, People Lead We welcome applications from everyone who brings the skills for this role, regardless of background or circumstances. If you need any adjustments during the process, just let us know. Compensation: €70K – €90K • Plus a variable component of 25 % of your base salary at 100 % target achievement, tied to hires who successfully complete their probation period. • €70K – €90K • Plus a variable component of 25 % of your base salary at 100 % target achievement, tied to hires who successfully complete their probation period. About Codat Codat is an advisory intelligence solution purpose-built for modern commercial banking. Through rich, specialized data, forward-looking insights, and integrated workflows, Codat empowers banking teams to deepen their relationships, grow their revenue, and simplify their day-to-day work. Founded in 2017 and backed by JPMorgan, PayPal, Amex, Plaid, and Shopify, Codat has successfully powered over 350,000 connections to business customers’ financial systems — and is trusted by industry leaders to turn scattered information into actionable, strategic advantages in real time, every time. The Role We're building the Advisory Intelligence Platform: Codat's client intelligence delivered inside the assistant a banker already uses (Microsoft Copilot first). Ask it anything about a client and it answers from the client's real books. Don't ask, and it still tells you what's changed, why it matters and what to do about it. Under it we're building the semantic layer, so every answer uses the same definitions, the signal layer that spots what's changed for a client, and the reasoning layer, a Codat-side LLM that turns those signals into advice. The first bank goes live this year. You'll be building the data and reasoning behind all of it. This is a hands-on job for software engineers who want to build the systems a model reasons over, not configure a warehouse. Codat is AI-first, not AI bolted onto SaaS. The product lives inside the AI assistant our clients already use, and we build it the same way: agents do the repetitive work, engineers do the hard parts. You'll build it and you'll run it. Nobody hands it over the wall once it's live. You'll also get a real say in where it goes next. That means making your case to engineers, product and the commercial team, and bringing them along with you. What You'll Work On The semantic layer. Measures, dimensions and definitions the model is allowed to use, so every answer it gives is the same answer. Yours to grow, persona by persona. The signal layer. Detecting what's changed for a client and surfacing it before the banker asks. You'll be designing and building this. The reasoning layer. A Codat-side LLM that turns signals into advice. Our calculations are the ground truth it reasons over. You own the calculations the model relies on, and the names, definitions and structure that let it pick the right one. The agents and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers behind the assistant. What tools it has, how they're built, how they fail, and the evals that prove they work. Everything from raw source data to the number the assistant quotes: the pipelines, services and data models, with the testing and observability to prove the number is right and the evals that catch the model quoting the wrong one. You'll Probably Have Built production systems from scratch, writing the code yourself rather than configuring managed services. You think about interfaces, failure modes and how the next person will change your code. If we ask about the hardest system you've built, you'll have a story ready. Served data to an LLM and seen where it goes wrong: ambiguous definitions, poor retrieval, no evals. You know why "the model will work it out" isn't a data strategy. Worked with data along the way, and liked it. You may never have been called a data engineer. You've built things that move, shape and serve data, and you know how they break, and how a model breaks on top of them. Solid C#, Python or another backend language. Your code comes with tests, and you leave things tidier than you found them. Depth in at least one of SQL, Spark, Databricks/Delta Lake, Dagster/Airflow/Temporal or dbt. Bonus if you've shaped any of them into something a model can query, through a metrics layer, metric views or an MCP server. Time with CI/CD, Docker, cloud infrastructure (we're on Azure) and observability. Even better if you set them up for a team. An interest in the business behind the data. If someone asks for a number the data can't support, you'll say so, and you'll build the guard-rail so the model says so too. Treated your own workflow as something to engineer. AI has already taken over the repetitive parts of it, and you're the person others ask how to do the same. How We Work We're a small team with plenty to do. Things move fast: we'd rather ship something useful and improve it than polish it in private. What you build is yours from start to finish. There’s no return-to-office mandate, and you can work hybrid or fully remote. We trust you to be around when the team needs you and to deliver what you said you would. What we don’t want is anyone staying online late to prove a point. Compensation: £90K – £110K • Offers Equity • £90K – £110K • Offers Equity Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Customs Support Group

₹6.5–₹12.5 LPA
About Customs Support Group Customs Support Group (CSG) is the European market leader in customs services, operating across 15 countries. CSG is owned by private equity and a fast-growing, dynamic, data-driven company, dedicated to expanding its presence through strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Its key priorities include digital transformation, operational excellence and customer experience, all aimed at driving growth and enhancing efficiency. The Role You will take our AI stack and lead its development and customisation for the market. This is a builder and do-er role. You will design, test and implement practical and compliant agentic AI solutions on top of foundation models document understanding, classification support, retrieval over our own procedures and tariff material, and agents that carry multi-step operational work end to end. You are not being asked to train models from scratch. You are being asked to make models that already exist behave reliably enough that operations staff trust them with customs declarations, where being wrong has consequences. Working closely with Operations, Transformation, IT and Group teams, you will turn business needs into scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customise AI solutions for the market, from prototype through to production ownership. • Be curious and prepared to self-learn to use generative-AI to build agents that make a difference to our business • Identify automation and decision-support opportunities across customs and business processes, and size them honestly before building. • Design solutions using generative AI and large language models — retrieval, tool calling, structured extraction from customs documentation, and agentic workflows where they genuinely fit. • Own the evaluation. Define how we know a solution is working before it ships, and how we know a change has not made it worse. This is treated as core to the role, not an afterthought. • Manage pilots and implementation, and set the criteria for killing a pilot as clearly as the criteria for scaling it. • Monitor performance, inference cost, latency and business impact. • Collaborate with local teams, Group functions and technology partners. • Contribute to privacy, security and AI governance compliance, working with Group Legal and IT Security. You should understand how the EU AI Act applies to what you build, and be able to produce the documentation that goes with it. . Requirements Essential • 1-2 years AI engineering, software engineering or intelligent automation, including LLM or AI features that real users depended on. • Strong Python and SQL, with production code ownership. Not familiarity. • Demonstrable experience integrating large language models into production systems — prompt and context design, retrieval-augmented generation, structured output, and handling failure gracefully. • Practical experience with at least one major cloud AI platform (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex). • Solid full stack backend engineering fundamentals — APIs, data pipelines, testing, CI/CD. Most of this job is • Strong communication skills — you will spend real time with operations staff who are experts in customs and not in AI. • Professional fluency in English. Desirable • Evaluation engineering: building eval harnesses and regression suites for non-deterministic systems, LLM-as-judge approaches, and human-in-the-loop review design. This is the single strongest signal we look for and we will weight it heavily. • Context engineering: designing and version-controlling what a model sees — retrieval strategy, memory, tool descriptions, and policy layers that constrain what an agent is allowed to do. • Agent orchestration frameworks and standards (LangGraph, MCP, Temporal or equivalent), and experience with long-running or multi-step agent workflows. • Observability and cost control for inference at volume. What success looks like in your first year • By month three: You understand our customs processes well enough to challenge what we ask for, and you have shipped one small, useful thing. • By month six: At least one AI solution is live, measured against a baseline, and demonstrably better than what it replaced. • By month twelve: There is a working evaluation process others can use, a ranked pipeline of next opportunities, and at least two colleagues outside IT operating what you have built without you in the room. What We Offer • A key role in shaping AI capabilities. • The opportunity to build solutions with direct business impact, on real operational volume rather than pilots that never leave the lab. • An international and fast-evolving environment, with peers in other Customs Support Group markets working on the same problems. • Professional growth opportunities, including a budget for conferences, certification and model/compute costs for your own experiments. • Permanent role. Hybrid working. How to apply Send us your CV and a short note a few paragraphs is plenty describing one system you have put in front of real users. We are most interested in what went wrong with it and what you did about that. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

Payflows
Remote job

₹6.5–₹12.5 LPA
About Payflows At Payflows, we build software that helps large companies manage and automate their payment workflows. It’s not the flashiest part of a business, but it’s one of the most critical: invoices, approvals, payments, and controls. When these things slow down, the whole company feels it. But our ambition goes further than just building a better workflow tool. We believe the future of finance operations is not faster clicking: it’s no clicking at all 🫳 🎤 Finance teams shouldn’t spend their days moving data from one screen to another. Software should do the operational work, and humans should focus on reviewing, approving, and making the decisions that matter. That’s the direction we’re building toward: an agent-driven finance platform , where intelligent agents handle the repetitive tasks, and users stay in control. We started in 2022 with a small team and a rough first version of the product. Three years later, we’re working with major companies across France, the UK, and the US while choosing to keep our team small and human-sized. We moved fast, shipped a lot, and not everything was built in a perfect way. But it helped us learn quickly, sign real customers, and prove that the problem we’re solving truly matters. In 2024, investors trusted us with a $25M Series A. That gives us the chance to keep growing while also strengthening our foundations and building the system that will power this agent-driven future. Today, we’re about 35 people from many different countries, and we’re looking for a few amazing humans to join the next chapter. 🤗 🚀 What you’ll actually do You’ll help build a product that real finance teams rely on every day. For us, engineering is not just about clean code, it’s about reliability, clarity, and trust, especially when money and automation are involved. In a typical week, you might: Design and implement new services for a product feature. Refactor an early service to make it more robust. Investigate a performance or production issue. Work with product and frontend to shape a new feature. Review code and help teammates improve. Build backend tools that our AI agents use to perform real finance operations. Design safe, deterministic workflows where agents propose actions and humans review them. Your time will be split between building new features and improving what already exists . Both matter. You won’t just build endpoints. You’ll help shape the execution layer that our agents rely on: the APIs, data models, and workflows that let them act safely in production. You’ll work closely with product, frontend, and customer-facing teams. We expect engineers to take ownership of parts of the system and help make them more reliable over time. 💻 Our current tech reality Our stack evolves based on our challenges, but we care more about good design than trendy tools 🙏 Python is our core language. It helps us move fast, keep the code readable, and fits naturally with our AI-driven approach. A growing part of the system is built around agents that use our backend as a set of reliable, deterministic tools. Core language: Python Backend: FastAPI + Pydantic Data: PostgreSQL Infra: AWS, serverless when it makes sense Performance: some Rust for critical paths Architecture: multi-service backend, simple enough to reason about Some parts of the system are clean and well-tested. Others were built quickly and need love. That’s the phase we’re in. Over the next year, we’ll focus on: Turning core workflows into reliable tools for our agents Simplifying services Improving tests and observability Making performance more predictable Cleaning up early code We know we’re not perfect, but we care a lot about improving step by step. ✨ Who’s going to thrive with us You’ll probably feel comfortable here if: You like building products people actually use. You are autonomous and take ownership of what you ship. You take initiative and lead by example. You’re curious and enjoy figuring things out. You’re pragmatic about trade-offs. You communicate with kindness and clarity. This role is a great fit if you’re excited by the idea of: Building systems that are used by AI agents, not just humans. Designing reliable, safe automation in production. Working on a product that is still early and evolving quickly. You don’t need to know everything about AI. But you should be curious about it and excited to work in a system where agents are part of the core product 🤖 🧩 What you’ll get from this role Real ownership over parts of the system. Direct impact on customers and product decisions. A small, human team where your work is visible and meaningful 🤝 A mix of feature work, system design, and technical improvements. Exposure to real scaling and production challenges. The chance to help build an agent-driven product from the inside. We offer: Competitive salary and equity. Flexible remote setup (we prefer people to come into Paris or London office twice per week. At a minimum we’d ask you to be at an office 3 days per month, onboard in Paris for your first few weeks, and work CEST timezone). A high-autonomy environment where you have real ownership and space to make an impact. Plenty of room to grow, take responsibility, and shape parts of the product. A culture based on trust, ownership, and clear communication. This isn’t a huge corporate environment. In exchange, you get autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to shape a product that’s still early in its story—and help build what finance operations will look like in the next decade 🚀 Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
