Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration , enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes. With built-in governance, auditability, and human oversight, Camunda gives enterprises the control they need to move AI from pilots to production — safely and at scale. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide , including 9 of top 10 US banks, Camunda helps enterprises boost operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver better customer experiences. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform . We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound’s Top 100 Next Unicorn list, 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We’re growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Camunda's Revenue Operations organization is looking for a Senior GTM Systems AI and Automation Engineer to design, build and operate the AI-powered infrastructure that connects our go-to-market systems and removes manual work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and Account Development. You will join the GTM Systems team – a small group of builders who own a Salesforce-centric revenue stack – and take ownership of its AI and automation layer: agents, LLM integrations, MCP servers, retrieval pipelines, backend services and workflow orchestration. You will partner with GTM leaders to find high-impact problems, scope them, and ship reliable, well-governed solutions iteratively. This is a fully remote role and can be based anywhere we are eligible to hire. What You Will Do: Design, build and operate AI agents, LLM integrations and automations that connect Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, Salesloft, Clari, HubSpot, Impartner and the rest of the GTM stack – reducing manual work across Sales, CS, Marketing, Partners and ADR teams. Own the architecture of the GTM Systems AI layer: MCP servers, APIs, retrieval and context pipelines, reusable agent tools and skills, and serverless or containerized services on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions). Ship production-grade LLM capabilities – prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, structured outputs, automated evaluations – with the guardrails to match: validation, fallback logic, confidence thresholds, human escalation paths, access controls, audit logging, and cost and latency management. Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships and SDR/ADR leaders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, translate ambiguous requirements into maintainable solutions, and deliver incrementally with clear documentation. Raise the engineering bar for the GTM Systems team: code review, automated testing, CI/CD, security governance, observability and technical documentation; mentor teammates on responsible AI-assisted development. Design and deploy workflows on orchestration platforms such as Camunda and Clay, and create playbooks and enablement so GTM teams can use and operate automations independently. What You Will Bring to the Role: Must Haves: 5+ years of software engineering experience (backend development, systems integration, data or analytics engineering, or automation), including at least 2 years shipping LLM or AI capabilities into production business workflows or internal tools. Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js), with mature Git-based development habits: code review, automated testing, CI/CD. Hands-on command of LLM patterns – prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, structured outputs, model evaluation – and of their failure modes and mitigations (validation, fallback logic, confidence thresholds, human review, cost and latency control). Experience integrating with Salesforce (REST/Bulk/Streaming APIs, data model, platform limits; Apex or Flow a plus) and other business systems via APIs and event-driven patterns, and with a cloud platform (GCP preferred: BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM). Ability to own a problem end-to-end with minimal guidance – scope, design, deliver, operate – and to communicate clearly with engineering and business stakeholders in a remote, asynchronous environment. Nice to Haves: Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar standards for connecting AI systems to tools and data; agent frameworks; vector databases or retrieval pipelines (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB). Exposure to AI observability and evaluation tooling (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, or custom eval frameworks). Familiarity with orchestration platforms such as Camunda or Clay, and prior work in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations in B2B SaaS. Building lightweight interfaces for AI tools (React, Slack Block Kit, dashboards); Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Integration Architect). Health can’t wait . Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture . We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. Missions As Alan’s Corporate Paralegal, you will own the corporate governance of a fast-growing international group (six jurisdictions and a dozen entities today, more in the coming months) and rebuild how that work gets done with AI. The role has three parts: Own Alan’s corporate governance with full ownership. Prepare Boards, General Meetings and committees documentation across the group, with internal teams and auditors; Keep entity records, registers and filings accurate and up to date; Run the annual accounts approval and filings for each entity, with Finance and auditors; Be the go-to contact for shareholder and Board questions; Support cross-border projects with research and drafting. Build the governance playbook as Alan expands. Set up governance for each new entity, in a way the next one can reuse; Write the playbooks, templates and guidance local teams need to follow our processes; Adapt equity frameworks and documentation to new countries and local rules. Automate the repetitive work with AI. Build workflows that run in the background with light human review, using no-code tools and Alan’s internal AI, with support from our tooling team; Start with recurring events such as meeting minutes, equity movements and the filings calendar. You will join the Corporate Governance Area, led by Anne-Lise Delfanne , and work alongside a team of legal and corporate operations experts. Our collaboration model encourages growth and curiosity, so you will never feel cornered in your role. Key outcomes after six months After six months, you will have: Taken ownership of the recurring governance work for our French entities; Built AI agents and workflows that take a large share of manual work off you and the team; Improved our templates and documentation; Reviewed or drafted legal documents in several areas; Supported our international expansion, for example by opening an entity or onboarding a local team on our processes; Built strong working relationships with the Corporate Governance Area, Finance, People and local advisors. From then onwards, the role grows with you: M&A, fundraising, reorganisations and more. Profile and competencies Skills This role sits at the intersection of legal knowledge, corporate operations, and AI tooling. We don't expect anyone to arrive fully skilled across all three dimensions. What matters most is your ownership mindset and genuine appetite to build . For the rest, we'll grow together. Experience : Ideally 2+ years owning corporate secretarial work, as a paralegal in a law firm, in legal or corporate ops in-house, or as a company secretary. Legal knowledge : a law degree or paralegal qualification, and/or hands-on experience with several of the following: board and shareholder documentation, entity management, corporate filings, equity documentation, due diligence or transaction coordination; (Bonus) AI and tooling appetite : you already use no-code or AI tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, Notion automations) to save time, or you are keen to learn fast; Language : excellent written and spoken English (working language at Alan) and French. We encourage applications from career changers who do not have all the above qualifications, if you have a strong interest in working at the heart of corporate operations and willingness to learn fast. Behavioural traits Highly organised and rigorous, with exceptional attention to detail ; Hands-on and self-starter : not scared of getting your hands dirty; Automation mindset : sees repetitive work as an opportunity to build something better, not just a task to complete; Intellectual curiosity : you enjoy learning, and new jurisdictions, equity mechanics, areas of law and AI tools are puzzles to solve, not constraints. Location : We welcome applications that meet the above criteria from France, Belgium, Spain and Canada . Level : For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B0-C0 level range . 🎯 Important note: we hire people, not roles. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application! 🔖 Check out our About Alan and Career pages, as well as our Medium , blog and Glassdoor page for more info. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. 🚀 The Challenge Alan is a leading European health insurer with over 1 million members across 4 countries (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada). At its core, Alan is a tech company that believes exceptional member experience is a competitive advantage: fast, empathetic, and reliable service at scale. As of Q1 2026, 40% of conversations are handled automatically. At the intersection of Care, Legal, Security, and Data Protection sits a set of topics that are as operationally complex as they are strategically critical: data breaches, GDPR rights requests, security incidents, legal complaints, regulatory reporting. We are looking for a Care Legal & Security Specialist to own these topics end-to-end: handling complex cases in close collaboration with Alan's Legal and DPO teams, building the processes and training that allow our ~300 Care agents to manage them with confidence, and identifying where AI and automation can reduce manual load. As Alan accelerates across four countries, what you build in France gets replicated in Spain, Belgium, and Canada: your work doesn't stay local. This is not a pure legal role, and it is not a pure ops role. You handle regulatory cases, improve the processes that prevent them from recurring, and scale what works across countries. You will be embedded within our Operational Excellence team, working in close collaboration with Care Ops and the Corporate Unit. 👨🚀 Missions 1/ Operational run (60%) Handle complex security incidents, GDPR cases, and legal complaints escalated from Care agents, including CNIL notifications (drafted in close collaboration with Legal and DPO, within the 72-hour regulatory deadline), account takeover situations, Level 2 and Level 3 complaints, and incoming legal mail Manage interactions with external stakeholders (CNIL, Insurance Ombudsman, Signal Conso) with precision and within regulatory deadlines Own KPI monitoring and reporting for legal and security matters; organize yearly complaints reporting for Alan's Board; identify trends and escalate systemic issues to Product teams early 2/ Scalability: process, tools, and training (20%) Design and continuously improve workflows, escalation paths, macros, and help center content so Care agents can handle legal and security cases autonomously at L1 and L2 Identify simplification and automation opportunities across legal and security operations, then collaborate with Care Ops and Product crews to deploy them, rather than solving each case manually Build and maintain training materials (case studies, Q&As, simulations), so Care Experts develop real judgment, not just process familiarity Ensure regulatory training completion across the team 3/ Globalization (20%) Translate processes, frameworks, and training materials built for France into resources that Care and Legal/Compliance teams in other countries can adopt Coordinate actively with counterparts in other countries to share learnings, align on best practices, and anticipate regulatory divergences Build shared resources so that when a new country goes live, the Care Legal & Security function isn't starting from scratch To deliver on those missions, you will: Support Care Experts participating in the Legal & Security taskforce: build their judgment on complex and ambiguous cases, be the primary escalation reference for Care agents facing difficult legal or security situations Collaborate with the Corporate Unit Lead and Care Ops to shape the Care roadmap on legal and security topics; translate regulatory constraints into executable processes and surface operational insights that should inform policy or product decisions ⭐ You'll excel in this role if you: Deliver reliably on high-stakes, deadline-driven cases with a real member-centric mindset Have at least 1-2 years of experience in one of the following: GDPR / privacy operations, legal complaints handling in a regulated sector, or compliance ops in fintech, insurtech, or health Communicate with precision and adapt to your audience, whether you're briefing a legal expert, aligning with a product team, or coaching a front-line agent. You get buy-in from agents and managers who didn't ask for a new process, and that's as important as designing the process itself Spot simplification opportunities and know how to turn them into projects: you identify what should be automated or redesigned, then drive the collaboration with Care Ops and Product to make it happen Are comfortable navigating regulatory frameworks (GDPR, complaint handling, CNIL) without being a lawyer; you know when to escalate and when to own it, and you're backed by Legal and DPO experts at Alan Are comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous situations and moving forward without waiting for all the answers. Are fluent in French (C1+ written and spoken, essential for CNIL notifications, ombudsman responses, and legal correspondence) and proficient in English for internal Alan collaboration No prior legal qualification is required but a background in law is a genuine plus. We are looking for operational rigor, strong communication, and the appetite to build something that scales. For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B-C level range. 🌍 How we work Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France. Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration. 🎯 Important note: we hire people, not roles. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
