About the Role: Hearing care is changing fast, and the groups that run hundreds or thousands of clinics are choosing the software that will carry them through it. As Enterprise Global Account Executive at Auditdata, you will carry the number for new and expanded recurring revenue across a small, deliberately mixed portfolio of global accounts. This is a role for someone who wants to build, not maintain. You will sell alongside the people who actually decide: no layers to push through, no waiting for permission. Your portfolio: One global account with a large installed base and strong relationships: Your job is depth - more countries, more sites, more modules. One global whitespace account: Your job is entry - build the case from nothing and win the first country. One country-opening initiative: Take Auditdata into a market where we are not yet present. Who you sell with: the VP EMEA, the CEO, the Head of Services and the VP Product Management on your accounts. You will align with the VP Marketing on account-based marketing and campaigns against your targets, and pull in pre-sales and customer success whenever you need them. What You Will Do: Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clinic owners, operations, IT, clinical leads and finance. Build the business case in the customer's own numbers: efficiency, clinical quality and growth. Negotiate terms with Legal and Finance, from a single-site pilot to a multi-country framework agreement. Shape the roadmap with Product Management and R&D, so the solution is ready when the deal is. Land and expand after signature, growing each account long after the first contract. Own an accurate forecast and a living account plan for every account in your portfolio. What You Bring: 5+ years closing B2B software or medtech deals, with a track record. Experience selling to multi-site Enterprise companies within the Life Sciences industry. Examples include medtech, retail, clinical or franchise organisations. Fluency in value selling, with a defined methodology such as MEDDIC or Challenger. Fluent English plus a second European language, such as German or French. Willingness to travel across the EMEA region. A self-directed mindset: you will be building this territory, not maintaining it. What's in It for You: Remote-first and async-friendly with flat organizational structure A modern IT environment: leading AI tools, HubSpot CRM and the means to automate your go-to-market. A real career path and leadership track, with development and certification support. A global, diverse team of 200+ colleagues across 30+ nationalities. A product held to ISO 13485 and EU MDR, and a mission that matters: do this well and more people hear better, sooner. Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We look forward to your application! ( please submit your CV in English and a few lines on why this role interests you ) Auditdata is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to create diverse work environment free of discrimination and harassment. We make recruiting decisions based on your experience and skills. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable. Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia. UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems. About the Role As Director of Global Training, you’ll shape UFORCE’s global training capability, enabling customers to operate our uncrewed systems safely, legally and effectively. Reporting to the VP Military Exercises, you’ll set a consistent standard across markets, working through training schools, regional and technical teams while local delivery and commercial ownership remain with the regions. What You Will Do Own global operator and maintainer syllabi, assessment and certification, with controlled materials, consistent thresholds and appropriate local adaptation. Develop training for new products and command-and-control systems, including individual and group operation, communications and configuration. Turn validated field experience, including lessons from Ukraine and exercises, into practical instruction within security and sharing restrictions. Assure standards through school visits, authorisation and certification records, near-miss reporting and corrective actions, feeding findings into training improvements and VP-led safety investigations. Lead the UK-first route to training-authority recognition with Legal and country leads, distinguishing operating permissions from authority to train and certify and using third-party provision where needed. Set common course pricing and align instructors and assets with confirmed demand. Coordinate customer-site training with clear responsibilities for safety, equipment and field engineer support. Build a sustainable in-house instructor capability, supported by external providers for specialist needs and peak demand. Deliver cost-effective simulation and blended learning, building on existing capability, managing the allocated budget and retaining hands-on training where essential. What We're Looking For Multi-site training leadership in defence, military or a comparable safety-critical technical environment, with hands-on experience in course design, assessment and instructor standardisation. Credibility with experienced operators and instructors, sound security judgement and a track record of improving training through operational feedback. Strong cross-functional leadership, with the ability to secure commitments and resolve resource conflicts without direct line authority. Experience contributing to regulatory approvals or audits, alongside training pricing and capacity planning. Experience delivering simulation or blended-learning programmes, with sound budget and learning-outcome decisions. An inclusive, accountable leadership style that encourages honest reporting and protects safety and standards under pressure. Willingness to travel regularly to training bases, customer sites and exercises. Nice to Have Operational experience with uncrewed systems, including frontline or conflict-environment experience, or training experience in command and control. Experience with training-authority processes and international operating permissions. Experience delivering training in multiple languages and adapting it for different cultures. Experience building an internal instructor pipeline. Familiarity with security clearance constraints that affect who can deliver training. The nature of combat has changed. Tomorrow’s battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability. And UFORCE is ready. Are You? Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
