This is where we come in! We have developed a powerful solution that enables hotels to set the right prices in just seconds. ⏱️ Our state-of-the-art algorithm analyzes both internal hotel data and market trends to recommend pricing strategies that enhance revenue and improve booking rates. With customers spanning the globe—from the USA and Canada to Iceland, South Africa, China, Slovenia, Italy, and the UK—RoomPriceGenie has made a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry, and our clients love the results. ❤️ Now, we are excited to expand our customer base and spread the word about how we can support hoteliers in optimizing their pricing strategies. We invite you to join us on this journey! We actively encourage applications from candidates with diverse backgrounds to enrich our team and drive innovation. Your Role As Senior Product Manager for one of our Revenue Management teams at RoomPriceGenie, you'll own the experience where hoteliers see, trust and act on our AI-powered pricing, both in our app and embedded in our partners' PMSs through Revenue Intelligence. This is not a feature-delivery role. We're looking for a senior PM who sets the strategy and direction, makes hard trade-offs, and turns complex pricing logic into decisions a hotelier can make in seconds. You'll lead a team of engineers, collaborate closely with design and research and work closely with leadership, Account Management, Integrations, Customer Success and Sales. Your mission: make RoomPriceGenie the pricing tool thousands of independent hotels rely on every day. What you'll do Product Vision & Strategy Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for your area, anchored in clear business goals: adoption, retention, revenue uplift and expansion. Decide what not to build, and bring stakeholders along on why. Shape how pricing shows up across surfaces, from our core app to partner integrations and multi-property accounts. Champion simplicity and explainability: hoteliers should understand why a price was recommended and feel confident acting on it. Discovery & Delivery Talk to hoteliers regularly and, with UX research, turn hidden friction in their revenue management workflows into strategy, not just backlog items. Work closely with the other RM team to turn forecasting and pricing model output into clear experiences that build trust and drive action. Drive solutions end to end, from opportunity assessment to measured impact, knowing when to move fast and when to dig deeper. Impact & Influence Define and own KPIs for your area, be clear about what moved them and why, and be honest about correlation vs. causation. Influence across teams without authority, especially where your area depends on other RM teams, Reporting and Integrations. Your Profile 5+ years as a Senior Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, with clear ownership of outcomes, not just outputs. A track record of making complex systems radically simple Comfortable setting strategy in ambiguous spaces and making trade-offs with incomplete information. Genuine excitement about how AI is reshaping software and how it´s build. Plus: Experience in hospitality tech, revenue management systems or pricing. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership. You're a curious, structured thinker with strong product intuition. You can say no to a stakeholder and keep the relationship intact. You ask "why" until it's clear, and explain "how" until it clicks. You reflect honestly on what didn't work. Role: Staff Engineer (Integrations / Supply, air travel) Company: Voyagu Location: Fully remote, Europe preferred. European time zone; about two hours of difference is fine. About eight hours online, and some overlap with US time zones helps because many users are there. Job Type: Full-time. Contract model is flexible: contractor, payroll provider or direct employment. About Voyagu Voyagu builds one platform that runs several travel businesses. Today the focus is air travel. The platform covers client management (CRM), ERP modules for finance and accounting, travel operations, and integrations with travel supply systems. The model is offline travel: agencies that sell through people. Voyagu does not sell the software and does not plan to, but agencies work with it in different models. It is a bootstrap scaleup, so teams are lean and money is counted. Development leans heavily on AI. Teams of AI agents run big features under a business operator and a technical operator. Sometimes this turns two half-years of work into two weeks. It does not always work. When code is cheap, product vision and architecture become the bottleneck, and that is where you come in. This role owns the integrations and supply direction. Air travel alone is deep: every airline has its own distribution channels and APIs. You would lead one of five platform development streams and report to the CTO. There is no product manager in between, and you work directly with the founder and other business stakeholders. The team has no one with your profile today, so you would be the first. What you are expected to do Technical ownership Lead the integrations and supply direction as its technical owner. Build integrations with GDS systems. Voyagu works with one today and needs more. Connect airline direct APIs and non-GDS protocols across multiple sources. Handle servicing after sale: changes, cancellations, refunds, and group bookings split into parts. Work with live, real-time availability. Seat availability does not depend on price. Prevent costly errors. One missed booking can mean tens of thousands of dollars. Design for reliability, for example with idempotency, so nothing is paid or bought twice. Keep the solution sized to Voyagu’s scale and avoid over-design. This is not internet-scale work. Keep the system stable. Speed and error rate are the measures. Vision and delivery Shape the technical vision with stakeholders and defend it. They will challenge it. Expect no ready-made tasks. Business stakeholders give you a direction, not a finished task. Turn the agreed platform capabilities into features and give estimates. Several dozen capabilities are written down, such as search and booking. Success means Voyagu accepts your estimates and you deliver them, or come close. Part of the plan will be agreed together with you. AI-driven development Build and direct teams of AI coding agents instead of writing code by hand. Explain and defend how to use AI effectively. Bring AI practices that are as good as Voyagu’s, or better. Team Lead the two people already working in this direction, once you have onboarded. Hire as little as possible. Hiring is a last resort. Long term the direction may grow to one to three people. What you need to succeed You have worked in the travel domain, especially on integrations with supply systems. About two or more years is likely enough. You understand booking versus ticket, and the statuses and states of each. You have owned a large piece of a product, not a small slice. You work at staff or senior level, as architect and technical lead. You understand what Voyagu does and why, and you talk well with stakeholders. You use AI well beyond the beginner level and have a clear view on how to use it effectively. You believe small teams work. You do not think in big organisations. You work in a European time zone; ideally you are based in Europe. You speak Russian: engineering works mostly in Russian. Business teams speak English, and English B2 is enough. Nice to have: you have seen both corporate and lean startup worlds, or a bootstrap scaleup. You may be an ex-founder or a small-company CTO who stayed hands-on. Nice to have: you have run teams of agents, not only asked an agent to write a feature. Nice to have: vendor-side experience building for end users. Python is the current main stack, but language skill is not important. Not required: high-load experience, writing agent skills, or deep C#/legacy aviation knowledge. What you get You own a whole direction, with responsibility handed over fully. You are the technical lead for integrations and supply, with no product-manager layer in between. You work with AI agent teams. Voyagu will invest heavily in tokens and compute where it pays off. You can bring AI practices better than Voyagu’s own, and the team will share theirs. A large, technically hard platform: real-time inventory, many sources, money at stake. A lean environment with few meetings and flexible hours. Fully remote in Europe, with flexible contract models. Equity is not standard, but it is negotiable for an exceptional candidate. How to apply Apply through hirehire, the agency running this search for Voyagu. The process has three stages: an engineering interview with the CTO, a travel-domain interview with the founder, and a practical case with a defence. Who we are hirehire agency is built around deep product and design expertise. This is deep, partner-like work with people – like leading a dance, everyone moving in the same direction. What you’ll be doing Own each search end-to-end – from brief to offer, including timelines, quality, and communication. Interviews are run by our experts. Be the main point of contact for clients, candidates, and experts, building long-term, trust-based relationships with candidates rather than transactional touchpoints. Work with top-tier talent – we focus on the top 1% of candidates, and that bar shapes how we engage with people from the very first conversation. Track progress with data and feedback, not just gut feel. Bring structure that raises quality across the team. Help build the AI tools the whole team relies on. What you need to succeed 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced tech environments. We're built for AI-native hiring, and we work the same way ourselves. We want someone who actually builds AI into their daily workflow. Confidence with ATSs, outreach platforms, and HR tech in general – plus curiosity about what's new. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – you keep things moving. Empathy and the ability to support people without losing pace. Really, really nice to have Experience hiring designers across seniority levels – or hands-on design experience yourself. What you get A stable base salary, plus a commission on every role you help fill. Fully remote work and flexible hours; CET ± a few hours works fine. Unconventional projects with global reach. Early access to new recruiting tech. Growth in skill and earnings, tied to the results you bring in. Direct mentorship from the co-founders. An environment that’s genuinely open and just as genuinely demanding – support and a high bar reinforce each other here. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
About Lendable Lendable is on a mission to build the world's best technology to help people get credit and save money. We're building one of the world’s leading fintech companies and are off to a strong start: One of the UK’s most exciting unicorns with a team of over 800 people Among the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK Profitable since 2017 Backed by top investors including Balderton Capital and Goldman Sachs Loved by customers with the best reviews in the market (4.9 across 10,000s of reviews on Trustpilot ) So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance . We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days. We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. Join us if you want to Take ownership: you are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1 Work in small teams of exceptional people: Lendies are relentlessly resourceful. We challenge the status quo to solve problems and find smarter solutions Build the best technology in-house : we use new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About the role Our mobile app, Zable, is how most of our customers experience all of our products in one centralised space. It's written in React Native and TypeScript with a Kotlin backend, shipped to iOS and Android from a single codebase. We are now looking to level up the quality engineering so that we can raise release cadence without losing sleep over regressions. This is an automation-first role. You'll spend most of your time writing code - test frameworks, CI tooling, helpers, rather than executing test scripts by hand. You'll work alongside software engineers, product, and design, setting direction. You'll also be working at the frontier of AI-assisted quality, using LLMs and AI tooling to speed up test authoring, triage failures, and surface coverage gaps, while applying the engineering judgement to keep tests trustworthy. What you'll be doing Own the mobile test strategy: Define and evolve a pragmatic test pyramid for React Native - deciding where E2E is worth the weight and where logic belongs in faster layers (Jest, React Testing Library, component tests). Make deliberate calls about coverage, reliability, and speed trade-offs across the app. Set the bar for what "ready to ship" looks like on mobile, and hold the line on it. Build reliable E2E automation: Create and maintain mobile E2E suites in Maestro, including the scaffolding around them - test data, device configuration, helpers, reporting. Integrate suites into CI (GitHub Actions) so engineers get fast, trustworthy feedback on every PR and release candidates carry a signal people actually believe. Drive flakiness down and time-to-diagnosis down. We treat a flaky test the same way we treat a broken test, and we expect root-cause work rather than retry-until-green. Bring AI into the SDLC: Use AI tools day-to-day to accelerate test authoring, cluster failures, surface coverage insights, and propose fixes. Decide where AI adds leverage and where a human eye is needed. A suite that looks comprehensive but isn't trustworthy is worse than a smaller one we rely on. Help shape how the mobile team uses AI-assisted workflows more broadly - prompts, guardrails, review patterns. Prevent defects, not just catch them: Partner with product and engineering on shift-left quality: join specs early, push back on ambiguous acceptance criteria, and surface risk before code is written. Close the loop on production issues using our observability stack (Datadog, Sentry, Grafana) - tying test coverage back to real customer impact. Run targeted exploratory testing on high-risk releases when it's the right call. What we're looking for Essential: Hands-on experience with Maestro or Detox. 6+ years in quality engineering or test automation , with a track record of keeping automated suites stable rather than letting them rot into a graveyard of quarantined tests. Experience introducing AI-assisted testing practices (test generation, failure clustering, coverage analytics) with sensible controls around review and trust. Strong TypeScript and JavaScript - not just writing test scripts, but building helpers, tooling, and debugging into the app when needed. Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability (GitHub Actions or similar), including flakiness reduction, parallelisation, artefact management, and runtime control. Comfortable with mobile E2E automation , or strong E2E experience on another platform plus a credible plan for getting productive on mobile quickly. Able to operate independently and drive improvements end-to-end (frameworks, CI, test data, reporting). Desirable: Hands-on experience testing React Native apps. Mobile performance and reliability work (crash reporting, startup time, memory and battery awareness). API and contract testing experience, with a point of view on test data and environment strategy. Our tech stack Mobile: TypeScript, React Native, Expo, EAS, GraphQL, Relay, Jest, React Testing Library, Maestro. Backend: Kotlin, PHP 8 (Symfony), AWS, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes. Tooling and observability: GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, Confluence, Datadog, Sentry, Grafana. Interview process Quick call with a Recruiter 15 minute cognitive test Hiring manager interview (30 minutes) Technical interview (90 minutes) Culture-add interview (60 minutes) Life at Lendable Winning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companies Flexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role. Hybrid roles require three days in-office weekly; fully remote roles include regular opportunities for in-person connection through socials and off-sites Socials & connection: opportunities and events to come together, socialise, and get to know each other beyond the office walls Health coverage: support for your physical and mental wellbeing, including private health cover Retirement & savings: long-term financial wellbeing through retirement savings plans Employee referral programme: earn a competitive bonus when you refer successful new team members Office meals & snacks: enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, plus complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations Sustainable commuting: cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes available in select locations Please note: The availability and details of specific benefits vary by location and role. Health can’t wait . Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture . We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⚡ The Corporate team at Alan You will join Alan's Corporate team, the unit that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security as Alan scales. Alan wants to be in 10 countries within five years, and that only works with corporate processes built to scale with it. This is a newly created role, and your job is to make Alan's regulated development seamless and integrated with how we build product. You will benefit from close mentorship and structured support, you won't be left on your own, and the deep legal, privacy, and security expertise stays in the team around you. At Alan, roles evolve, so you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across topics and countries as you grow. 🤝 Your missions Corporate protects Alan and its members, but regulated work can still be slow, manual and disconnected from how we build. You are here to build the compliance product that fixes that: processes and tooling that hold as Alan grows, and that make regulated work lighter on both sides, for the teams you serve and for the experts you work with. Make regulated work scale. Alan's regulatory load grows with every new member, market and product. You build the layer that absorbs it, so Corporate's load stops climbing in lockstep with the company: a clear path from each request to the right owner, and tooling that takes on the recurring work. Rebuild processes end to end. You find the painful process, work out what people are really doing to get around it, and redesign it so it is faster for everyone. You stay on it after launch, watch how it is used, and keep improving it until it becomes the way people work. Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows from end-to-end. You identify where no-code, low-code, AI tools or other forms of automation can remove repetitive work, improve consistency and help people make better decisions.
