Your Mission Cosuno is the AI construction platform connecting the European construction industry. We're reconnecting one of Europe's largest and still largely analogue industries with AI: general contractors publish their tenders on Cosuno and find the right subcontractors, and subcontractors find the projects that fit them and win more of them. As our Organic Growth Manager, you make Cosuno the answer when contractors and trade firms search, on Google and in AI assistants: through our blog, our website and Marketplace pages, and the sources AI answers rely on. And you join just in time for our biggest marketing project of the year, the website relaunch with our agency, which you'll use to grow organic traffic significantly. You'll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup. What you'll do You build our blog into a steady source of qualified sign-ups: an editorial plan from search data, sales calls and trade press, original research from our platform data, and customer stories, written to a high German standard with freelance writers and AI tools. You own website SEO: public Marketplace pages, landing pages and programmatic trade and region pages, plus technical health, structure and speed. You make Cosuno the source AI assistants cite (GEO and AEO): answer-first pages, structured content and a tracked set of the prompts our customers ask. You start our content partnerships: guest posts, joint studies and collaborations with trade media and partners that earn links and mentions. Until our Partnerships & Social Manager joins in mid-2027, you also keep organic LinkedIn and our founders' posts running, then hand them over. Your big project in year one: the website relaunch. Our agency builds the new site and owns sitemap and design; you are their SEO sparring partner and the owner of SEO for the move: you set the requirements, challenge the structure, own redirects and migration checks, and turn the relaunch into a clear jump in organic traffic. Until it goes live, you make the small changes on the current site that matter most. You use AI to make organic faster and better: with our GTM & Growth Engineer you keep automating research, briefs, content and reporting, and test new formats, landing pages and free tools built on our platform data. You pick the smart solution, not the shiny one, and scale what brings sign-ups. You measure the path from impression to qualified sign-up and demo request, and report what organic contributes. What You Bring You've owned SEO and content for a B2B or two-sided platform and can show growth in qualified sign-ups or pipeline, not just rankings. Strong technical SEO: you've owned SEO through a site migration or relaunch and grown traffic through it. Hands-on experience with AI search and how language models choose their sources. You write excellent German, brief writers well and turn data into blog posts and stories that search, AI answers and journalists pick up. You're data-driven and at home in Search Console, GA4, Semrush or similar. You work AI-first: you set the strategy, automate what can be automated with our engineer and steer writers and the agency, rather than write everything yourself. You get things done and learn fast in a small team. Native-level German and fluent English: most of our content is German. Your Benefits Room to shape and grow: You own organic growth from the ground up, including the website relaunch, our biggest marketing project of the year. AI at the core: Our product uses AI to analyze millions of price data points and help construction companies bid better — and we invest in it just as much internally. You'll build with the latest tools and move fast, not wait for approval. Competitive compensation: Salary above market average, permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. Work-life balance: Fully remote or from our office in Berlin Kreuzberg, flexible hours. Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Pro. A great team: Open, international, with regular off-sites and team events. Growth & feedback: Open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations. About us Cosuno – Revolutionizing construction through technology. We are Cosuno – a fast-growing tech startup that is making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with our digital platform for tenders and procurement processes. Our goal: to solve the most complex challenges in the industry with innovation and simplicity. Join us – Build the future of construction. If you have excellent English communication skills and are ready to contribute to the most innovative platform on the planet, Tether is the place for you. Are you ready to be part of the future? About the job Tether Wallet is our self-custodial wallet, built to bring USDT and XAUT directly to the people who rely on Tether every day, especially in markets where access to stable money and savings is hardest. For that to work, getting into these assets has to be simple, fast and affordable. Our goal is to give every Tether Wallet user the best option to exchange any local currency or token into USDT and XAUT, wherever they are. In this role, you will define and own the strategy for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT across our target markets. You will work hand in hand with our expansion teams to map the payment landscape in each market: which payment methods people actually use, which card schemes and bank rails dominate, and which on-ramp and swap providers can serve them. Based on that, you will identify the best partner for each market and bring them on board as a service partner of Tether Wallet. This role sits at the intersection of product, payments and partnerships. You will own the outcome end to end, from the first partner evaluation through integration and the in-app experience to the conversion numbers after launch. If you enjoy turning a fragmented global payments landscape into a buy button that just works, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities: Buy & Swap Strategy: Define and own the strategy and roadmap for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT in Tether Wallet, covering fiat on-ramps, card payments, local payment methods and token-to-token swaps. Market & Payment Landscape: Work with our expansion teams to build a deep understanding of each target market, including dominant payment methods, card schemes, bank transfer and instant payment rails, mobile money, local regulation, and the on-ramp and swap providers active there. Partner Evaluation & Selection: Define clear evaluation criteria such as market and payment method coverage, fees and FX spreads, approval and conversion rates, KYC experience, settlement speed, reliability and compliance standing, and use them to select the best on-ramp or swap partner for each market. Partner Onboarding: Lead selected partners from evaluation to go-live as service partners of Tether Wallet, coordinating with Legal, Compliance and Business Development on due diligence, commercial terms and contracts. Integration & Delivery: Translate partner capabilities and APIs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering and design to deliver a seamless in-app buy and swap experience. Routing & Optimization: Define the logic that decides which partner and payment method a user is offered based on country, currency, amount, price and availability, so every user gets the best available option. Performance & Partner Management: Define and track KPIs across the buy and swap funnel, such as conversion, payment approval rates, KYC drop-off, total cost to the user and volume by market and partner. Use the data to improve the experience, manage partner performance and incidents, and regularly review whether each market still has the right partner. Mandatory: 5+ years of product management experience in the financial industry (banking, payment service provider, FinTech) 3+ years of product management experience in DeFi or crypto industry Good understanding of crypto wallets and DeFi features, including token swaps, DEX aggregators and on-chain transaction flows. Good understanding of global payment systems and credit card schemes (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), including authorization, 3-D Secure and chargebacks, as well as local payment methods such as bank transfers, instant payment rails and mobile money. Hands-on experience with fiat on-ramp, off-ramp or swap providers, or with integrating third-party payment providers and gateways into a consumer product. Proven experience evaluating, selecting and onboarding external partners, and managing their performance after launch. Working knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and how they affect user onboarding and conversion. Technical enough to read partner API documentation, assess integration options and work closely with engineering teams. Data-driven: experience defining funnel KPIs and using data to improve conversion and make partner decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, expansion teams and engineers across time zones in a remote environment. Support prioritization and planning: Help the Product Lead evaluate opportunities, clarify scope, identify dependencies, and maintain a focused backlog aligned with product priorities. Drive feature delivery: Follow assigned features through development, resolve product questions, review the experience, and coordinate feedback and release readiness with relevant teams. A proactive, collaborative approach: comfortable taking responsibility for your work, asking questions early, and incorporating feedback. Familiarity with product analytics, user research, and iterative software development. Preferred: Experience with local AI, on-device inference, or open-source models. Experience building AI assistants, conversational interfaces, or multimodal features. Familiarity with desktop or mobile product development. About the job QV.AC is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction. We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar. The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself. Responsibilities Engineering - Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference. Product Partnership - Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them. Leadership - Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it. Mandatory: Experience managing engineers or engineering leads who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps. Strong product sense : you can tell a good feature from a busy one. Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints : model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away. You use AI tools heavily in your own work and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities. Deep JavaScript and React . Initiative, curiosity, resilience , and the ability to give and receive direct critique. Preferred: Bonus: Experience with local or on-device inference, LLM evals, cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, or open source . The team owns the repository side of Source Code: how code gets into a repository, who may change it, and how those changes are verified. We build this as an access layer on the primitives the Gitaly team provides, for GitLab's own features and for the artificial intelligence agents now writing and pushing code alongside people.
You'll work in one of GitLab's oldest and most complex product areas, using Ruby and GraphQL across GitLab.com, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated. Repository Services is a new team, and its first months are about reliability and support, so you'll spend real time on performance and structured query language tuning, caching, rate limiting, testing, observability, and resiliency, with experienced team members to lean on. You'll collaborate with product management, product design, testing, security, user experience research, technical writing, Gitaly, Code Review, and the other Source Code teams.

What you'll do

Develop secure, well-tested, performant features and improvements using Ruby and GraphQL.

Work through complex requirements and legacy constraints to deliver clear solutions while protecting the reliability of this critical system.

Design and maintain backend services, application programming interfaces, data models, and business logic that control how code reaches a repository, who may change it, and how it is verified.

Build on the primitives Gitaly provides and work closely with the Gitaly team.

Triage and fix bugs and support requests for the features the team owns.

Collaborate across functions and teams, both asynchronously and synchronously, and involve domain experts when their input will improve the outcome.

Use artificial intelligence agents for well-scoped work when they can speed up delivery without sacrificing quality, and critically review their output.

Write maintainable code that follows GitLab's standards and contribute to constructive code reviews.

Help strengthen reliability by monitoring production health metrics, participating in Tier 2 on-call, troubleshooting incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and improving observability and resiliency.

Share knowledge through code review, technical documentation, and everyday collaboration while learning from others.

What you'll bring

Professional experience building backend web applications, services, or application programming interfaces, with experience using Ruby and GraphQL.

An understanding of relational databases, structured query language, data modeling, caching, background processing, and backend performance practices.

Experience contributing to user-facing workflows and maintaining their underlying systems.

Experience writing backend unit and integration tests, with familiarity with the testing pyramid, Git, and collaborative code review processes.

Experience using artificial intelligence coding agents and reviewing their output, or an interest in building these skills in a complex monorepo.

Clear written and spoken English communication skills, including sharing useful status updates in a remote, asynchronous environment.

The ability to manage assigned priorities, work through ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and seek guidance when needed.

About the team
Repository Services is a small backend team in the Create stage, formed in September 2026 when Source Code split into focused teams. As the split is finalized we expect to own repository mirroring, Git Large File Storage (LFS), protected branches and Branch Rules, push rules, Code Owners (shared with Code Review), and commit and tag signing. We build on Gitaly's primitives and meet regularly with the Gitaly team, and our work serves GitLab.com, self-managed instances, and GitLab Dedicated.

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. About The Opportunity We are building a rigorous, verifiable evaluation suite of Terminal-Bench tasks designed to test the limits of large language models on multilingual software challenges. Our goal is to measure multilingual robustness across prompt language effects, non-English data processing, and complex locale/encoding edge cases in terminal workflows. We are seeking experienced native-speaking software engineers to design, build, and validate these benchmarks. You will create high-signal, high-quality tasks that genuinely test a model's ability to handle multilingual environments without relying on English translation crutches. Note this is a remote, freelance opportunity What You’ll Deliver Task Engineering: Evaluating Coding Agents. Asset Creation: Build realistic task environments using datasets and files in your native language. Crucially, these assets must remain in the target language to genuinely measure multilingual handling. Prompting & Translation: finding failure points where AI does not work, in your native language Implementation & Verification: Support the development of robust solutions (reference implementations) and write highly reliable, deterministic verifier scripts (using rubric-based judging only when strictly necessary). Calibration & Execution: Analyze execution logs and calibrate task difficulty (Easy to Very Hard) using standard Terminal-Bench run configurations against various model tiers (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus). Quality Assurance: Participate in a rigorous, 4-layer human quality control process (creation, human review, calibration review, and audit) alongside automated LLM-based checks to ensure fairness, grammatical accuracy, and benchmark integrity. Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of industry experience in software engineering. Background: Proven track record at leading technology companies and/or graduation from top-tier engineering universities. Language: Native or near-native fluency, with a deep understanding of its grammar, register, and phrasing rules. High English proficiency. Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, standard shell scripting, and data processing. Workflow: Extensive experience with Terminal/CLI-based development workflows and a working familiarity with coding agents. Domain Expertise: Deep technical understanding of multilingual text processing pitfalls, including: Encoding/decoding robustness and Unicode normalization. Locale-dependent conventions (collation, casing, non-Gregorian dates). Text I/O, toolchain interoperability, and safe string operations. (For specific languages) Bidirectional/RTL handling, font fallbacks, and rendering/typography in UI or artifacts. Why Collaborate with Lilt? Your schedule, your rules.
