Speed. Your Mission Cosuno is the AI construction platform connecting the European construction industry. We're reconnecting one of Europe's largest and still largely analogue industries with AI: general contractors publish their tenders on Cosuno and find the right subcontractors, and subcontractors find the projects that fit them and win more of them. As our Organic Growth Manager, you make Cosuno the answer when contractors and trade firms search, on Google and in AI assistants: through our blog, our website and Marketplace pages, and the sources AI answers rely on. And you join just in time for our biggest marketing project of the year, the website relaunch with our agency, which you'll use to grow organic traffic significantly. You'll be one of the first to join the marketing lead in a lean marketing team: you'll shape how it operates as it scales, not just execute inside a fixed setup. What you'll do You build our blog into a steady source of qualified sign-ups: an editorial plan from search data, sales calls and trade press, original research from our platform data, and customer stories, written to a high German standard with freelance writers and AI tools. You own website SEO: public Marketplace pages, landing pages and programmatic trade and region pages, plus technical health, structure and speed. You make Cosuno the source AI assistants cite (GEO and AEO): answer-first pages, structured content and a tracked set of the prompts our customers ask. You start our content partnerships: guest posts, joint studies and collaborations with trade media and partners that earn links and mentions. Until our Partnerships & Social Manager joins in mid-2027, you also keep organic LinkedIn and our founders' posts running, then hand them over. Your big project in year one: the website relaunch. Our agency builds the new site and owns sitemap and design; you are their SEO sparring partner and the owner of SEO for the move: you set the requirements, challenge the structure, own redirects and migration checks, and turn the relaunch into a clear jump in organic traffic. Until it goes live, you make the small changes on the current site that matter most. You use AI to make organic faster and better: with our GTM & Growth Engineer you keep automating research, briefs, content and reporting, and test new formats, landing pages and free tools built on our platform data. You pick the smart solution, not the shiny one, and scale what brings sign-ups. You measure the path from impression to qualified sign-up and demo request, and report what organic contributes. What You Bring You've owned SEO and content for a B2B or two-sided platform and can show growth in qualified sign-ups or pipeline, not just rankings. Strong technical SEO: you've owned SEO through a site migration or relaunch and grown traffic through it. Hands-on experience with AI search and how language models choose their sources. You write excellent German, brief writers well and turn data into blog posts and stories that search, AI answers and journalists pick up. You're data-driven and at home in Search Console, GA4, Semrush or similar. You work AI-first: you set the strategy, automate what can be automated with our engineer and steer writers and the agency, rather than write everything yourself. You get things done and learn fast in a small team. Native-level German and fluent English: most of our content is German. Your Benefits Room to shape and grow: You own organic growth from the ground up, including the website relaunch, our biggest marketing project of the year. AI at the core: Our product uses AI to analyze millions of price data points and help construction companies bid better — and we invest in it just as much internally. You'll build with the latest tools and move fast, not wait for approval. Competitive compensation: Salary above market average, permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. Work-life balance: Fully remote or from our office in Berlin Kreuzberg, flexible hours. Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Pro. A great team: Open, international, with regular off-sites and team events. Growth & feedback: Open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations. About us Cosuno – Revolutionizing construction through technology. We are Cosuno – a fast-growing tech startup that is making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with our digital platform for tenders and procurement processes. Our goal: to solve the most complex challenges in the industry with innovation and simplicity. Join us – Build the future of construction.
About Upsun

Upsun is the software factory for human-AI workflows. We give teams one unified platform to create, review, deploy, and run software, with AI agents and humans working in sync. Developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams use Upsun to build and ship with confidence, without wrestling with infrastructure.

Upsun brings this together through two products: one that shapes the work, and one that runs it.

Upsun Dispatch™: the AI-first product accelerator. Dispatch governs and simplifies collaboration between AI agents and cross-functional human teams, so work gets shaped, reviewed, and moved to production faster. Ship better code, not just more code.

Upsun Cloud: the Cloud Application Platform for AI acceleration. Cloud is where that software runs. It helps organizations launch agentic software into production confidently and reliably, with:

Predictable performance, even at scale

Secure, compliant environments by default

Real-time observability and profiling built in

Cloning, configuration, and provisioning in seconds

Sandbox environments where AI agents can build and test safely

The name says it all. "Up" means uptime, reliability, and acceleration. "Sun" reflects our follow-the-sun-support, a 24x7, globally distributed support team keeping the lights on while you rest. Our core belief is that software should power brighter solutions and greater innovation.

What's our commonality, our cultural fabric? A curious spirit and a thirst for knowledge; an eagerness for innovative ideas and cultures. We believe we can build anything together in an environment that frees you to do your best work.

Our values:

🌿 We make a positive impact.

✨ We aim for the stars.

💚 We care for each other.

Impact of a Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Upsun, you own a significant area of Upsun Cloud, our cloud application platform, and the outcomes it delivers for the developers who build on it. The team you join owns the platform's foundations: the API, the runtime, environments, and the reliability every application running on Upsun depends on. And because Upsun is the cloud application platform humans and robots love, much of what you build will be used by AI agents as much as by people.

This is a hands-on, technically rich role that bridges product strategy and deep infrastructure understanding. You own the strategy and the roadmap for your area, working closely with engineering to define platform behavior, build scalable abstractions, and shape workflows that empower modern development teams. Throughout, you act as the key voice for the user, making sure everything we ship contributes meaningfully to an exceptional developer experience.

What to expect

Strategy and roadmap: Own the strategy, roadmap, and priorities for your area of Upsun Cloud, balancing established foundations with uncharted territory.

Problem definition: Synthesize inputs from customers, support, sales, and engineering into clear problem statements, constructively testing underlying assumptions.

Solution definition: Explore options with your team, weigh trade-offs, and land on the right scope.

Ship small, iterate fast: Release in increments and shorten the loop between shipping and learning.

Technical execution: Collaborate with engineering (especially infrastructure and systems teams) to deliver platform capabilities that are reliable, scalable, and developer-friendly.

Design for humans and agents: Build with two audiences in mind—ensuring features, APIs, documentation, and error messages serve both people and AI agents.

Customer and data authority: Connect with customers regularly, serve as an internal advocate for their needs, and define metrics that demonstrate value for users and the business.

Influence across teams: Build alignment across engineering, design, Product Marketing, support, and leadership.

Go-to-market: Partner with Product Marketing early so go-to-market strategy helps shape the product, not just the launch.

What you bring

Product management experience: Proven experience in product management owning a distinct product area, ideally focused on developer platforms, PaaS, or cloud infrastructure.

Technical depth: Understanding of building, deploying, and running applications in the cloud, with the ability to collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers on multi-tenant architectures or distributed systems.

Software development background: Familiarity with building software using languages such as Python, Ruby, JavaScript, PHP, Go, or Rust.

CI/CD, containers & APIs: Hands-on experience or close collaboration with CI/CD workflows, Docker/OCI container technologies, and a clear vision for intuitive API design.

AI fluency: Daily use of modern AI tools to research, draft, and prototype workflows, paired with a realistic understanding of where current tools and models fall short.

Agentic development: A strong perspective on autonomous agent architecture and how agentic workflows are transforming modern software engineering.

Navigating ambiguity: Comfort with turning unstructured problem spaces into clear strategies and taking thoughtful action even with incomplete information.

Collaborative communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of listening, building consensus, and uniting teams around a shared vision.

Data-informed decision making: Ability to seek out and evaluate data to guide decisions and track success.

<span style="font-size: 14pt;
