(Fully remote, async-first, DevTools SaaS, 32-40h/week, time zones: UTC-3 to UTC+3) The best developers don't wait for a customer to tell them something's broken. They catch it first, in the pull request, in staging, or in the checkout flow at 3am, before a single user notices. That instinct is Checkly's whole reason to exist. We give developers and their agents the tools to own reliability the way they own their code: end-to-end tests and synthetic monitoring defined as code, powered by OpenTelemetry and Playwright, versioned and reviewed like everything else they ship. From pull request to post-mortem, in one place. Thousands of them, from modern AI companies like Mistral and resolve.ai to large engineering orgs like LinkedIn, Citi, and 1Password, build with us. In 2024 we raised $20M in Series B funding from Balderton, CRV and Accel. Here's the thing about 2026: AI agents and coding assistants are shipping more software, faster, than any team could review by hand, and more of it is breaking in ways nobody has seen before. LLM-backed features fail probabilistically. Agents take actions no runbook anticipated. "Is my app healthy?" is becoming an unanswerable question for a whole generation of AI-native software. You will build reliability for this kind of software. Our stack is AI (Codex, Claude, use what you like best), Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, Postgres, ClickHouse and AWS. We ship to prod all day, every day. We practice Agile (not scrum) and take pride in good documentation and good looking products. We’re a remote-first startup that keeps things simple—low on meetings, high on productivity, and always shipping. If you love building cool things, working async, actually listening to and working with customers, and keeping it lean, you’ll fit right in! What you'll do Build and ship with AI You will actively use coding agents for full stack development, from exploring solutions and generating scaffolding to refactoring, test generation and debugging. At Checkly we push the limits of AI tools every day. Talk to our users You will talk directly to the developers, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams who are on-call, debugging incidents, or wiring Checkly into production pipelines. You will understand their workflows, pain points, and feedback. You use those conversations to validate ideas, course-correct early, and iterate on what you build. Customer calls and the weekly support rotation are part of the job, not a distraction from it. Find the right problems to solve In a world where the cost of building software trends to zero, the hard part is picking what to build. You will focus on real developer pain: flaky tests and flaky checks, unclear failures, noisy alerts. You will favour pragmatic solutions that ship quickly, validate assumptions in production, and compound into long-term reliability improvements. Own your work end to end From shaping the initial idea, through implementation and rollout, to watching how it behaves in production. You will take part in on-call and help support customers when things don’t work as expected. What you should have You have shipped features with AI, not just experimented with them. You have taken work from zero to shipped with a comparable stack, made implementation decisions that held up, and put things in front of real users. You have built and run production software. You know the realities of operating software that people depend on: edge cases, incidents, regressions, and the need for observability and follow-up. You are not surprised when things break. You help fix them. You can hold a product conversation, not just a technical one. You can look at a customer problem and reason about whether the thing we are about to build actually solves it. You work well without an office around you. You are autonomous and self-motivated in a remote setup, and you still enjoy getting to know your colleagues and helping other people get unstuck. FULLY remote role, within the UTC-3 to UTC+3 time zones. You need to be able to travel to (other) European countries without having to wait for a visa appointment, for our annual kickoff, a team meetup or a conference. What you will hate about us We would rather tell you now than have you find out in month two. We use AI for everything, and we mean everything. AI skepticism is not a thing here. If you have the slightest hesitation about working with AI every day, this is not the place for you, and that is completely fine. We write more than we talk. We are async-first, so a lot of decisions happen in documents and threads, not meetings. If you do your best thinking out loud in a room full of people, you will miss it here. We are lean, so you own the unglamorous parts too. There is no separate QA team, no ops layer to hand things off to, and you are on the support rotation and the on-call rotation like everyone else. We ship constantly and change our minds. Priorities move as we learn from customers. If you need long, stable planning cycles, this will feel chaotic. Customer signals come first, and most of the time they matter more than your instinct. We build what customers actually want, not the clever thing we dreamed up. Benefits Transparent salary because your salary shouldn't be dictated by how good a negotiator you are. (more info below) Remote-first , flexible work hours , async-first (low meeting, high productivity) and transparent culture Become part of a fast-growing, international, and remote team where your work matters, and your impact won't get lost in layers of bureaucracy. Turn new revenue opportunities into products construction companies pay for. Your mission Cosuno is the marketplace where construction companies run their tenders: general contractors invite subcontractors to bid, and subcontractors find and win new projects. More than €100 billion in bid volume has already been tendered on our platform. We see several ways to grow from here, such as new modules for existing customers or customer segments we don't serve yet. As our Senior PM for Growth, you'll own one of these opportunities and you'll help choose the next. Next to that, you'll take care of the day-to-day product work in your area. What you'll do Find the real problem. Talk to customers, many of whom aren't tech-savvy, dig into our data and work out who has the problem, how much it matters and what we need to build. Put AI to work. Construction still runs on a lot of manual work. You'll find where AI can replace it and turn that into products customers love. Test before you build. Prototype and run small experiments with real customers before Engineering commits, then ship with Design and Engineering. Bring it to market. Launch with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, from positioning and pricing to enablement, and measure what it brings in. After one year, you've taken your first opportunity to real customers, you're working on your second, and the new offerings bring in measurable revenue. How we work Full ownership. You own your growth opportunity end to end, from the first customer conversation to the revenue it brings in. Design and Engineering build with you. Close to the customer. You'll talk to customers constantly. Fast and data-driven. We ship every two weeks, test ideas before we build them and judge every launch by its numbers. AI-first. We're an AI-first company. AI is at the core of our product, and we work with Claude Code and other AI tools every day. For every opportunity, your first question is: where can AI take manual work off our customers' hands? What you bring 3–5 years as a product manager in B2B SaaS, and you want to stay hands-on You've taken a new revenue opportunity (a module, upsell, segment or market) from idea to a product customers pay for You've shipped AI features that customers actually use, and you use AI tools every day in your own work You work with numbers and experiments, and you change course when the data says so You explain complex things simply, to a site manager as well as to management German at C2 level and fluent English: our customers work in German, our engineering team in English Experience with two-sided marketplaces, or with construction or another industry that is just going digital. Why us? Real impact: You own a growth opportunity, with short decision paths to our Head of Product, and you see the result in our numbers. A head start: Your first opportunity is prepared for you, so you can get going from day one. Competitive compensation: A salary above the market average. Work-life balance: Work fully remotely from anywhere in Europe, or from our office in Berlin Kreuzberg. Top-notch equipment: A new MacBook Pro. A great team: Regular company off-sites and team events. Job security: A permanent contract in a stable, well-funded company. Growth & feedback: An open feedback culture with regular 1:1s and development conversations. About us Cosuno – Revolutionizing construction through technology. We are Cosuno – a fast-growing tech startup that is making the construction industry more efficient and transparent with our digital platform for tenders and procurement processes. Our goal: to solve the most complex challenges in the industry with innovation and simplicity. Artificial intelligence is the key to our solution: it analyzes millions of price data points and helps construction companies create precise and efficient bids. This not only saves our customers time but also helps them avoid unnecessary costs. But for us, it's not just about technology – it's about the people who drive it. At Cosuno, you will work with creative minds who are reshaping the construction industry. We believe in diversity because we know that the best ideas come from different perspectives. An inclusive work environment is a given for us. Join us – Build the future of construction. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

How you achieve these outcomes, where you focus your energy, how this role evolves—that's for you to define as you learn what our customers need and where our technical gaps are. Your background To ensure this, we're looking for people who have: A hands-on engineering or technical background, including experience writing and shipping production code with an engineering-first approach to turning standards into practical controls and technical delivery Experience in security, compliance, risk or assurance within a technical environment, including owning or significantly contributing to audits, certifications or attestations Strong knowledge of compliance, risk and cyber security principles, and a broad understanding of change and release management, incident management, operational resilience and third-party governance Sharp analytical and assurance skills: spotting gaps, assessing adherence to standards and following actions through Stakeholder management and influencing skills across Engineering, SMEs, auditors and control functions, with a pragmatic, proportionate approach to governance A love of writing - we have a major amount of written documentation that you will be contributing to, and we place a high degree of importance on clarity and readability (you can find out more here about how we write ) Ideally, you would also: Be familiar with frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, SWIFT and FPS, ideally from a regulated fintech or challenger bank environment Have used automation and code to improve security, compliance or control processes and documentation What can we offer you? We are an early stage startup and we're working hard to expand our benefits package. We're planning to add to this list in the future.
